Getting paid
You earn a share of our fee. Your referral never pays extra.
- Paid when they fund. Your payout goes out within 7 days of us collecting our fee.
- Counts for 12 months. If they fund within a year of their call, you get paid, even if they needed repair first.
- Send more, earn more. Consistent partners move up to a higher rate.

Three rules
Never promise approval
Lenders decide approvals, amounts and timing. Not us, and not you.
Don’t handle their info
Just send the link. They share their own reports with us on the call.
Keep it in writing
Every partner signs an agreement, and we let clients know who referred them.

Does it cost anything?
No. It’s free, with no minimums.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. Send the link. We handle everything after that.
Does my referral pay more because I sent them?
No. Your share comes out of our fee.
What if my referral doesn’t fund?
They still get a free review and a clear next step. You’re paid only on referrals who fund.
How much will I earn?
Your rate is in your partner agreement.
Is there a limit?
No. Refer as many people as you want.
